People-Centered Leadership helps companies cultivate agile leaders that support organizational resilience. Our purpose is to support human thriving in the new world of work. 

Through People-Centered Leadership, Robin coaches and trains leaders from a Mental Fitness perspective to build the foundation needed for authentic, agile and resilient leadership. This approach develops healthy and agile leaders by addressing both wellness and effectiveness simultaneously. 

Having experienced the impact of Executive coaching as a business owner and executive herself, Robin was able to lay a track record of success in fast-paced industries in technology, medical, banking, and investments at organizations including top global company Experian, and Fortune 500 companies Northwestern Mutual and Johnson & Johnson.  

While she was striving to achieve professionally, Robin was also working to overcome debilitating anxiety and panic attacks. Her determined efforts led her to adopt a holistic, mind-body apporaoch to her health and lay a solid foundation for mental resilience at the same time. Robin brings her personal experience and learnings to her clients who connect with similar struggles in the post-pandemic era. 

Robin is is a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach and a Certified Mental Wellness Coach, emphasizing sustained high performance through wellness. She is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and Institute of Coaching, an Affiliate of Harvard Medical School and holds the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) designation. She is a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach, a practice partner at Present Mind Institute of Hawaii and provides pro-bono coaching to global humanitarians through the Humanitarian Coaching Network (HCN). 

When she’s not coaching, speaking and training, Robin enjoys spending time with her family (human and four-legged), working with non-profit organizations, listening to live music and audiobooks, playing pickleball and tending to her home garden.
