About this speaker
As the Manager of Organizational Effectiveness at Alexander & Baldwin, Jessica creates and implements strategic people-related initiatives aimed at creating a rewarding and productive work environment. In her role, she is responsible for corporate culture; design, development and delivery of talent management and learning programs; and execution of employee experience initiatives.
Prior to joining A&B, Jessica served as a Senior HR Consultant at the Hawaii Employers Council. She received her B.A. in Criminology, Law and Society from the University of California, Irvine, and her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law. She also holds a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation.
