About this speaker
Francoise Culley-Trotman was appointed CEO of AlohaCare in 2020, after serving as its Chief Compliance Officer and Interim CEO. As CEO, Francoise guides the strategic direction of AlohaCare; overseeing organizational and operational alignment, strengthening community and provider relationships, and directing an integrated approach to whole-person care that incorporates social determinants of health. Prior to joining AlohaCare, she gained over two decades of legal, financial and compliance experience, holding leadership positions at WellCare Health Plans, Inc. and JPMorgan Chase.
Born and raised in Guyana, Francoise previously visited Hawaii for her children’s karate tournaments, and was drawn to its community-centered culture and the spirit of aloha practiced in the islands. In her first position at AlohaCare, she was impressed by AlohaCare’s commitment to embracing members as ‘ohana, or family, ensuring that their social and medical needs are prioritized to achieve their best health.
