Brandie Ota is AlohaCare’s Human Resources Director. In her role, she oversees all aspects of the Human Resource department with an emphasis on policies and procedures (benefits, recruitment, payroll, employee relations, talent development, wellness and employee engagement). Brandie’s leadership is key to the successful execution of AlohaCare’s strategic initiatives to foster the development and retention of AlohaCare’s most important asset—their people. In her prior role, she served as AlohaCare’s Senior Manager of Talent and Organizational Development, focusing on implementing employee and leadership development programs and organizational structure. Brandie is passionate about supporting keiki in her communities and is the co-founder and Director of Books 4 Keiki, a 501c3 organization that helps to provide access to age-appropriate books for pre-k keiki in Title I schools. She also serves on the Board of United Cerebral Palsy and is an active volunteer and co-founder of Hawaii Young Healthcare Professionals.
