Anna Elento-Sneed is the President and Founding Director of ES&A, Inc., a next-generation law firm that is rethinking the way legal work is done. ES&A provides employers and organizations with comprehensive and affordable solutions for businesses in the areas of labor, employment, government contracts and grants, and business strategy, including corporate governance; technology and cybersecurity; and training. Elento-Sneed has extensive experience in labor law and collective bargaining, equal employment opportunity, wrongful termination, compensation and benefits, government contracting, personnel management, strategic HR planning, mergers and acquisitions, safety and health, proprietary rights, and workplace privacy. She is a member and former Director of the Employment Law Alliance, a global network of labor and employment attorneys; she is also a past State Director for the Hawaii Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management.
